DCL is delighted to have been able to help LB Hammersmith and Fulham in improving its management and control of asbestos and fire risk respectively. Part of our role involved leading on the scoping, design and implementation of new software for the management of asbestos. We also advised on the capability of the Council’s existing asset management software, carrying out a review of its stock condition data against 17,000 properties.
DCL has also provided strategic project management services on a number of large successful regeneration projects, with lead responsibility for all pre-construction activities, including; project management, design team procurement and management; contractor/development procurement; planning approval process.
