We have worked extensively on private housing issues often as part of regeneration initiatives. This work has included acting as lead consultant with responsibility for negotiating with owners as part of a mixed tenure major improvement programme and advising on the impact of mixed tenure on over 30 stock transfer transactions in Scotland and England.
We have also been appointed as lead consultant and project manager on a number of large regeneration projects; with lead responsibility; from inception and master-planning, through business planning, developer and contractor procurement to site start. We have also ensured successful transitions through the different project stages resulting in large complex housing construction projects being delivered successfully.
